There are so many reasons to choose a vegan diet—for our health, the planet, and animals—and Washington, D.C. offers wonderful opportunities to explore vegan cuisine. Join OTCA at Baltimore's Walk for Farm Animals!
Please join OTCA organizers at this year's Walk for Farm Animals in Pikesville! The Walk will benefit Farm Sanctuary. Farm Sanctuary works to end cruelty to farmed animals through rescue, education and advocacy, including operating two sanctuaries for rescued farmed animals. On the Walk website, you can register and create your own fundraising page to gather donations from friends, family and co-workers. We hope to see you at the Walk! Come early for coffee, juice, and bagels, and join us after the Walk for lunch at Mr. Chan's!
When: Saturday September 25th. Registration and snacks at 9:30am. Walk is at 10:30am.

Pets On Wheels is a nonprofit organization that provides friendly visits from volunteers and their animal companions for those requiring the support of an institutional setting. The Dog-A-Thon is Pets On Wheels' largest fundraiser of the year! OTCA will have a table at this event and distribute information about living vegan to Dog-A-Thon walkers.
