Open the Cages Alliance is organized and run completely by a dedicated staff of unpaid volunteers. No one in OTCA collects a salary, and our offices are home-based. This means that 100% of donations and grants to OTCA go directly toward our work on ending animal abuse and exploitation, not to paying for salaries or office space. We depend on support from compassionate people like you to further our efforts for animals.

We have many exciting projects in the works for the upcoming year and beyond, some of which will only be made possible by funding from donations or grants. Please consider a donation to OTCA, and help us continue to help animals!

Consider donating gift cards:

Most of us have a few leftover gift cards sitting around in our wallets or purses. Consider donating them to OTCA! We would really appreciate grocery/supermarket or office supply store gift cards. Grocery gift cards would help us purchase food ingredients for bake sales, feed-ins, or fundraisers. Office supply or copy & print shop gift cards will keep us stocked up on recycled copy paper, mailing labels, Vegan Living Program participant materials, and other items necessary to keep OTCA running smoothly. 

We would also appreciate unused gift cards to retail stores, department stores, vegan specialty stores or websites such as Pangea or Vegan Essentials, local restaurants and cafes, etc. These would make excellent raffle or prize basket items!
